1) Post the StartUp log. Win7 OS version etc. Are you running Comet.exe /32?

2) Haven't installed a "green bar" printer on Win7 yet. In the past, the Generic Text driver seemed fine for Comet RAW printing.

3) I like using WinZip on big jobs with lots of files and directories. Over the last several years they've added CD/DVD burning support and job scheduling. I've found that building a ZIP from data on PC-A with a destination on PC-B is a whole lot faster than any copy method.
