Try this. Install the latest UTL (10.07) as of today. Run CFILES. Select the "Utilities" tab. Use the "Generate #CFILES" option to create #CFILES. You can generate it from an old #FILES or from .d00 files. Once you have #CFILES you can try the "Generate CSV File" option (also on the "Utilities" tab of CFILES) to get an Excel viewable representation of the data from a file.
