Our Vancouver, BC account is running CS32 10.2 on a 2008 R2 server running Hyper-V. They have encountered Security Server crashes, WER files have been supplied and fixes have been made. They are also experiencing License count issues as well, so I'm eager to get them on 10.4. I connected up this morning to do so. First I exited the GUI for both Security Server and Database Server. I then Stopped the Comet Services. I started the 10.4 install and received the infamous "move" exception that halts the install. Grant had suggested that exiting the GUI was key to avoiding this exception and I thought he was correct as I've done it a half dozen times in the past few weeks with no problems. Is my only recourse to manually disable services and reboot the server to get 10.4 installed? From 3K miles away & over Remote Desktop? Yikes....
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
