I bet the problem is one of the action items we discussed in the meeting last week. The COSW.INI file is located in a place that COSW can read, but does not have write permission. My suggestion is to find COSW.INI in windows and erase it. Then bring up Comet one more time. It will create COSW.INI in a place that can be read and written to. At that point run cwcolor if necessary.

Just a guess.... Worth a try...
