Several things are missing. 1. Cannot use an email server using SSL type authentication. 2. Can't see email in sent folder. Therefore must write a separate app to track emails and gets complicated with many users. 3. Everytime there is a change in email server or server products, a change to the program is required. 4. Cannot use the client's own address book to find email addresses.
