Writing to a Document Archive Printer for DocMgr

The Comet Document Manager program is a beautiful thing! Today I added several lines of code into an invoice print program to print the same formats to the configured archive printer so the archive document looks the same as the original printed document. While this is really not a big issue, it does take some time. I was thinking perhaps SSI might consider adding a new IB command that us IB programmers could set so an archive printer LUN can be autmatically printed to when the main LUN is printed to. This would make adding automatic archive printing a breeze in any program.

So, instead of having to duplicate several print statement lines in a program (one for the printed output and the secord for the archive printer), perhaps a mirror command of somesort could tell Comet that everytime it sees a "PRINT(1)" to also print to another defined Archive printer LUN automatically. Maybe a command something like: Mirror(LUN1)(LUN2), where LUN1 is the main printer and LUN2 is the configured Archive printer.

A command like this would be a great help.
