Look at (SpoolMessage=) and (Document=)

I use (SpoolMessage) to assign the DocMgr name instead of the default name.

I use (Document=) to place a copy of the PDF in my "forever" archive (Outside Comet, somehere on the server, away from users prying eyes)

No need to double prints in the programs. But, getting the names and paths right took some planning and ended up as a INC file I added to those programs that require "forever" archiving.
