How is Comet normally started on this machine? If it is started using Comet.exe from a server, then you must make sure that the path information in UE is pointing to your temp folder which is where the Comet programs are normally run from by Comet.exe. Also make sure to include the /32 argument to force Comet32 to be loaded.
