G'day,
I do not pretend to understand your health system in the states.
However, when I left the DEaler Conference in Newark Megan and I went up to visit the son of a friend who is living in Providence, we had a nice scenic trip thanks to Tom for some ideas. THis guy is working at reducing Health costs for Yanks thru a company called "Health by Design". Checkout their website, it may save you a few bucks.

P.S. My knee replacement went well and I am up and walking like a four year old.
