The best way to test if you should EXIT a program is not by checking ENTERLEVEL. Instead you should do this:
IF RUNSTATE = 6 EXIT
ENTERLEVEL could be > 0 if any program in a series was entered, not just the last one. RUNSTATE tells you if the current program was entered. Also if you ENTER QREPORTS it automatically does an EXIT if you don't have a RUN. Try it without the RUN. You should end up back in the program that did the ENTER after the report is done.
