First, I will state that I do not expect this to be addressed, because it's Comet16, but did want to report a problem with CONTAINS

Steve Auerbach helped with this exact same problem last year... he ran my object on his system, and didn't have the problem. On my system the object containing CONTAINS:

killed the whole COMET16 subsystem ... I had to delete some COMET executables just to be able to

(under MS Server 2003):
Stop the COMETServices
Start the COMETServices

Last year, I couldn't even Stop/Start the COMETServices and had to keep re-booting MS Server 2003 and COMET to start over.

For whatever reason, I had my "Epiphany" (using this word in the secular sense) this morning and I finally remembered that CONTINUE was what caused last year's problem.

Swapping POS for CONTINUE seems to have removed the problem today, as it did last year.

Wish I had a better focus on the exact cause of the problem... I can only report that it's not the first or the last item in the string that causes the crash... Needless to say... I've identified the 3 other places where I've used CONTAINS and the guilty parties will be shown no mercy and will be extirpated with great alacrity

I guess this fiasco is just a manifestation (the non-secular sense of Epiphany) of my CRAFTS problem (Can't Remember A Flaming Thing Syndrome :)
