user’s startup details log

mentions that messages can be LOGged into the user’s startup details log

how do I find this and retrieve the messages?

does this mean that a remote CometAnywhere user would have messages LOGged into a local (i.e. C:\ drive) on THEIR C:\ drive, where I couldn't see them...

this is connected to my previous question of Friday about how to LOCK out a program or process. for the immediate "fix" logging who ran what programs would be a useful "first step".
