The messages are logged on the CA host machine. You can see them by clicking on View->Comet Log from the menu on the host. The file resides in the Windows TEMP folder on the host. Unless you include the /LOG command file argument on the host's Comet shortcut, the file is erased each time Comet starts.

BTW if you're still running Comet 2008 this file was called "Startup Details", not "Comet Log".
