CopyFile issue...>

We use pdfFactory and CopyFile for our Document-Imaging system. We are finding that this setup is breaking down when run on Win 7 32-bit platforms. One user running C2K10 419 & CS32 10.3, the other C2K10 420 & 10.4 The problem is CopyFile does not fail and yet does not Copy the File. pdfFactory does its job, the image is where it's supposed to be, but the CopyFile does not place the copy into our database no the Samba server. Is anybody out there using CopyFile successfully on Win 7 32-bit platforms?
