and apologize in advance. The failure is actually on the (Document = .....) mnemonic, a mnemonic that in my head works like CopyFile, but in reality may not. Our document-imaging programs use the (Document = ...) mnemonic and that's where the failure is occurring. We can see the PDF in the pdfFactory Archive folder, but the (Document = ) mnemonic is not placing a copy of the file on our CFAM Samba server.
