1) doesn't matter to me what the replacement is for the dashed line.

2) based on the "JIMSDOCS" example, it looks like any file type can be imported and launched. Along with DMImp, the DocMgr has had some "mission creep" from being a QSPOOL replacement :)

3) Is it time for SECURE/PASSWORD to go away? I hate having to remodify QMONITOR every time I update Comet. I'll repeat an old suggestion. Put the User Name and Password into Global or someplace similar where I can fetch the info. Proper field sizes (32) too.

4) With #3 done, then the /nouser option would be unnecessary. So would my mods to QMONITOR. And, I think, I'd avoid the Catch-22 of DocMgr displaying password info in the User column or being blank. Both are undesirable. Instead of /password I'd like to pass flags. Via # buffer is fine. I'd make mods to my user based security to set the flags.
