You have some good ideas and we do want others to chime in so I'm going to add some comments myself.

Getting the "Print All" to do a (FF) is a great idea. All we need is for everyone to agree on the string (of dashes or dashes and tildes, or..) that will be used to indicate a (FF). I'll change EXTPTR and EXTNOL to write the string and DocMgr to look for it when printing.

I can disable the "Print All" button when DocMgr starts if there are currently no text docs in the archive. This will probably solve your problem in most cases. Keep in mind:
- If a text doc is added to the archive and the button is currently disabled the user would have to refresh the screen to enable the button.
- This would not allow the user to start the "Print All" in forever mode until at least one text doc was in the archive.

Speaking of text docs, currently "text docs" are defined by the Print as a doc with a ".txt" name extension. Should we add other extensions to this so they will print also? Perhaps .ibs, .inc, .ibr, .bat, .log, .ini, etc?

Changing the look of the dialog is certainly doable. We'd be happy to lose the logos and make the "usable" space larger. We just need agreement from others.

The one difficult thing you ask for is multiple levels of privileges for each user. It's difficult just because we haven't come up with an easy and effective way to implement this. We currently support 2 options when running DocMgr: /password and /nouser. Adding more restrictions thru SECURITY is not the best answer. DocMgr can't necessarily read the password file to get the flags if the user doesn't have access to the password directory. (CometExplorer is a different case because it is not an IB program) Maybe we could use more # buffer options - something like /allow or /deny ?

I hope this encourages everyone to add their thoughts. We want to make DocMgr as useful as possible.
