Thanks to Barb, I am keeping a XREF file (Keyed by Spoolname) with the job number of the document file in the record. Whenever I add a file, I access the XREF file to see if it already exists. If so you can erase the entry in the XREF file, the entry in the DocMgr Keyed file and the .pdf file. When the job is complete, I look at the last couple of records in the DocMgr file and compare to the spoolname. When I find the record, I add the spoolname and the job number to my XREF file keyed by spool name. It works well in managing the list. However, it would be nice if Barb made the file multi key (spoolname as well as job number) Then we could just use the one file to manage it!!
