Reading the documentation, I see that the clearfile instruction will clear an open file if the program using the clearfile instruction has the file open. Will it work if other users have this file open? I need to be able to reset a file at the end of the day, however, other users 'may have neglected' to close their programs that use this file causing an erase/create not to happen. My only other option is if the erase/create does not happen, to go thru the file and delete each record one at a time. Prefer not to do this.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
