If I cannot intall the latest Server Products by May 1st, I'm assuming Comet, Cometanywhere and XAP will still run? Is this correct?

If you remember, I wanted to pay for XAP and the supscription plan in Fiscal year 2010. I sent in a check and you sent me a new Certificate. That certificate had XAP expiring in March or April of 2011. I think Jim then sent my current certificate extending the XAP Expiration Date.
