If you can't install the latest Security Server I would recommend at least reinstalling the certificate. Note that when we email the certificate you actually get 2 copies. One is called license.txt the other is called [plug-number].txt where [plug-number] is your plug number. The Security Server looks for the one named by plug number first. If it doesn't find it it will look for license.txt. So... if all you have is the license.txt one, erase any others you find in the CometServices folder by plug number. Verify that the license.txt is the correct one. Restart the services and see if that helps.

Once the Security Server thinks the subscription has expired you will still be able to run Comet and XAP but you won't have access to the subscriber features such as DocMgr, DataExpress, and EmailPtr.
