Anything is possible. I've since learned he has three COSW.INI files on his PC. They all seem to be up to date. There's one for his developer shortcut, one for his "live" shortcut, one for his CometAnywhere shortcut.

I found this out when we were trying to remove special font settings for PrimoPDF. had to make the changes in all three COSW.INI files.
