I suspect that it is NOT an issue of using the wrong font, but that is using Cosw.ini instead of CoswGlob.ini file. As a result your font would be loaded from the wrong .ini file. Does that sound like a possibility to you? As to why this would happen, I'm not sure. Comet uses CoswGlob.ini if it exists in the start-in folder at startup. When you run Comet.exe it should copy all of the Comet files including CoswGlob.ini to the temp folder for execution. Does this user always start Comet using Comet.exe with the correct start-in folder containing CoswGlob.ini? FYI, I don't see how this could be a pdf issue as all printers non-text/html are handled the same way.
