This is one user, the IT guy, where we've been testing a lot of pdfFactory, DocMgr changes. So far his Comet is the only one I've seen do this.
I use COSWGLOB.ini to set the default fonts ...
[Printer Fonts]
Font-0=Lucida Console, 12, 17, 0, 6
Font-1=Lucida Console, 12, 17, 0, 6
Font-2=Lucida Console, 12, 10, 0, 6
Occasionally, Comet begins using Font-2 instead of Font-0. Exiting Comet and restarting sets everything back. The properties of the "bad" PDF's show that Lucida Console is being used but they don't show any CPI info.
He has no font settings for pdfFactory so the Default settings should be used.
It occurred once after a (SpoolerMessage=) went to LUN 1 instead of LUN 7. I was unable to reproduce the scenario on my office Comet.
He's on Comet.435/16 and REL 11.04. XP Pro SP3.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
