Seems like this has been addressed but cannot find.
Recently installed Comet2011.445 on CometAnywhere Host, in the office.
Got a call from a CometAnywhere customer using new PC and Windows 7 Pro, indicating they were getting the below Comet message when they tried to access the Comet system:
"CopyFile error occurred; 22, 5 Unable to do CA Update"
On the bottom of the Comet box it said:
"Remote vsn = 444 Host vsn = 445"
Lucky, this was a local customer, so I went on-site. Got around the issue by accessing Signature Web Site and downloading/running the "CometAnywhere Installation Package".
I am going to assume this is a Windows 7 issue? Since I have not heard from other CometAnywhere customers.
What needs to be set in the Windows 7 box?
