Device Inop on Windows Printer

Every once in a while, Comet gives a Device Inop on open of a Windows printer.

This happens with Windows printers configured as 'W', '?' and even in :RAW mode.

This will happen randomly after successfully using that printer all day. The only solution I found so far is to correct this, is to EXIT Comet and re-start it.

Sometimes (only sometimes) performing a PrintScreen (from Comet's drop-down menus) will correct that problem.

This has been tested on Comet 2002.320 and I checked all the documentation update to no avail.
