Hi Robert. Next time you start getting this error try starting COSP from a shortcut (set it up in advance) and add the command-line argument /DEBUG. A window will open that will log several functions and the source of a Windows printing error. You can also look for a file called COSPERR.LOG to see if it logged some kind of system error.
