the announcement for 11.04 mentions the following change:

"Improvements in compiling for Comet32 from programs other than UltraEdit."

what other programs have been tested or reported on by users?

I use NOTEPAD++ which is a free (as in "free speech" and also as in "free beer"... their characterisation, not necessarily mine) open source editor written in C++ and based on Scintilla... I use it because it has more than everything that I need, and, most importantly, built in source code DIFF function, which I need now that I'm slugging along with moving from CED to ibs/inc and Comet 16 => Comet 32.

However, I still use IB/MTB in "native" mode to compile.

would like to get more integrated, especially as we go to Comet 32

Thanx

Bob "A"
