Might try a Key rebuild option #10 in Qtilities to see if that rebuilds the I00 file to the full 3 million. Rebuild using a temp name for the new file in case there's a problem. Once you have a good file, rename the bad file to some other name and rename the temp file to the live name.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
