I've sent all necessary Pennsylvania URL's and downloaded files to Barb. She's reviewing it and I'm proceeding with the next phase of my project. I've got to make it simple for the operator to verify employee entry sheets and I'm doing this via Comet's List Box option. Select a County and I'll list all Municipalities. Select a Municipality and display the tax table. Update Comet payroll tax tables via State defined PSD # and here's where I'm still in the fog. Who do I TRANSMIT this info to? Districts I suppose? You know "local yokel" rules. Philadelphia has their own system, so they're exempt for some reason. Pittsburgh has 4 Districts!! Every other county has 1. In the past, local tax collection at the pay period paycheck level was optional. In Pennsylvania it's mandatory as of Jan 1st, 2012. You must withhold, collect and submit $'s to Government or contracted companies on a monthly basis. I'll keep everyone appraised of my Payroll project. Got a recent upgrade to my 82' VW Scirocco and plan on racing in October. Let's see what I've got this time!!
