This is the same error that I mentioned in the backe end of my query from yestrerday. I have not been able to get comet.exe to work on Win98se since it was introduced.(C2K2 - from memory) I am not sure now if I can never get it working or only sometimes, but I generally gave up and just ran cosw.exe as it was easier and it worked. That I can test during the day so I will dabble with the response syou ahve given John and see if they make a difference here.
