QSPOOL to DOCMGR

Customer running latest and greatest of Comet.
2003 Server Running Comet with 23 workstations.
Customer has 36 different old QSPOOL folders(S01,S02, etc).
Performing ARCHIVE from QSPOOL to each DocMgr(S01HTM),S02HTM, etc).
Customer is complaining that the FONTS have "changed" when printing from DocMgr.
They had no FONT issue when printing from QSPOOL.
As mentioned I am converting the old QSPOOL the file via the ARCHIVE option and I am selecting H=html instead of T=Text. Should I be using T=Text to retain the Fonts and/or the same print format?
Any idea's?
