In Adobe Reader X, I use "Single Page" and "Automatic" as my defaults. That gives me one page per screen on the three PC/monitor configurations in the office.

I just switched my office (development) system to "Comet PDF". I have 26 DocMgr printers (LAA-LAZ) and a couple of other misc "Comet PDF" printers in my Comet.INI.
