We're planning a Comet User's Meeting for next April in New Orleans!
In order to guarantee the negotiated price with the hotel, we need to know how many of you would be interested in attending. As always, there is no charge to attend the meeting but you are responsible for your personal expenses. Here's the info:
St. Christopher Hotel
114 Magazine Street
New Orleans
April 16-20 (meeting begins the morning of April 17th). We will meet
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings, leaving the rest of those
days free for enjoying the sites.
Room rate including breakfast buffet:
Mon $125
Tues thru Thurs $139/night
add 13% tax to room rate, plus $1/day
Airport shuttle is $38 round trip. For those of you who would drive,
valet parking is available for $28/day with in/out privileges.
We hope you'll plan to attend. Those of you who have attended our meetings in the past know they can be both informative and heck of a lot of fun!
We need to get back to the hotel by mid-January, so please RSVP at your earliest convenience. If we get enough interest, we'll finalize the plans and tell you how to secure your reservation. So far we have 6 "Yes" responses from the email announcement of the meeting.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
