Last dying gasps of 2011 wish list.

1) I can see the usefulness of a "global" override for the settings.ini. Maybe have a section in COWGLOB.INI. Set the global stuff up once instead of once per user forever.

2) From my testing and office usage, it looks like I'm going to have to set up a "Letter with margins" form for every user. 1/4" all around is what I'm using. It's what pdfFactory gave me. Can this form be created and made the default during the install? I suppose you'll need an "A4 with margins" option too.
