I wrote a program to build PRJ files. Works with UE15-16. Should work with 17 unless they made some recent changes.

The source is in the Code Library. You may have to do some code changes to match your Comet directory structure and names.

I've attached a recent PRJ file that selected all programs using the ^V1.INC use file. I use three character DIR's and passwords for my customers. This PRJ was for customer "RSW". So both the path and the password in the PRJ reflect "RSW"
