I know this issue came up back in October, but the problem seems to persist. Today, we updated to the lastest versions of Comet 2011, REL, and UTL. Comet Anywhere (16) running on XP host machines. When I try to run Comet Anywhere remotely, we first get this dialog box:
CopyFile errors occured: 22, 5 Unable to do CA update.
(Write control line says Remove vsn=451 Host vsn=453)
After running Comet, our customer monitor also identifies the client change, and prompts the user if they want to update (by running CAUPD). CAUPD also displays the above error message. (Perhaps thats what the monitor is running at startup anyways).
Do you have any ideas what the issue might be? Client is Win7, 64 bit, but it seems to do the same on all clients.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
