We've been having some issues with people (alledgedly) not receiving their email PDF invoices. In an effort to get a handle on the problem I changed my send string to include the rr= mneumonic but my email program returns an error:

The response to:
RCPT TO:<>
was
550 sorry, no mailboxhere by that name.(#5.7.17)

Anybody using this command successfully?
