Comet AnyWhere printers

We are 2 Comet AnyWhere locations and need to understand how CA addresses printers at the remote.

If a windows printer is set up on the client workstation, how do I configure CA to use that printer or one of multiple printers at the remote site?

Is it addressed in the Host ini file with the local share?
