Comet 32 XAP app does not run

Running Comet32 2011 Build .457/12.03. Launched XAPMON locally on my Vista Work Station.
The following displays:

Opening Gateway . . .
XAP Gateway found as xap
Starting XAP Server . . .
LISTEN 80
+OK But Accepting connections from Localhost only.
LOGFILE CGILOG.TXT
+OK LOGFILE
Monitor running . . .
<-- XAP Server remains running until Comet is shutdown. -->

Running XAP objects compiled under Comet 16 I get the following message when I launch my App:

MIME-verion: 1.0
Server: Comet XAP WWW Server
Accepting connections from Localhost only.

App runs if I remove the /32 switch.
Will Comet 32 run XAP apps compiled under Comet 16?
