#CFILES generation from .d00

I have an account that was on the early gui reporter with .d00 files. They've just been upgraded to current everything. I want to convert their .d00 files into the new #CFILES as they added many expressions to their file definitions. Used the utility to convert from .d00 and got an empty #CFILES with the attached report log.
