Your comments reminded us of another DocMgr request we recently got. Combining the two, we'd like to propose a possible solution to your problem.
How about we allow the user to select one or more docs from the archive. When they press a new button, say "Process Documents", we would attempt to ENTER a program called DocProc (or something else we all agree on) which you would write as you like. We would pass you all the info we have about each document selected and you could do what you wish with it. The info would include the full pathname, the program name, user name, date, time, etc. DocMgr would process the selected docs one at a time in a loop, doing an ENTER for each doc.
We think this method would allow you to easily write custom programs for your documents.
Does this sound like a useful enhancement?
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
