Error 9B's & 61's with the latest??

I upgraded a customer last week from Comet 2010, to Comet2011 latest and greatest including CometServerProducts 11.4. They are running Windows server 2003 R2 and have about 20 active users, and are running XPpro. They were running fine before the Comet upgrade and are now getting Error 61's and 9B's on multiple PC's throughout the office. It usually happens in the afternoon. I remember having this problem a few years back and with a newer release it was corrected. Is anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions?
