The link will take you to a description of what caused this in the past and how it was resolved. As far as I know we haven't had recent reports of this. It generally means that the connection to the server was lost. When you upgraded their server software are you sure all the pieces got installed? Look for recent update dates on CFileSrv.exe and CFAMNetServe.exe.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
