Data Express

I have converted #FILES to #CFILES. 'Where is' shows #Cfiles on program directory with size of 1411168. When I select DX and select a new report the Comet screen goes to Launching DataExpress ... and hangs in program DATAEXP which is on the UTL directory vsn 51. What have I failed to do in converting from #FILES and old Reporter to new #CFILES and DataExpress?
