maybe we shouldn't "lock and load" just yet.... actually, it was INERTIA... pure and simple.

I arrived in 2009 in the middle of it and only now _HAVE_ to address it.

I was shying away from 2008R2 since I read something about "64-bit" only and figured that might tighten things up on the transition. Figured that 2008 (32-bit) would be simple and then we could get frisky later.
