I created a COSWGLOB.INI file with 17CPI & 6LPI font-1 like you suggested and it works great!

The funny thing is we didnt have a "Printer Fonts" section in our cosw.ini file and PFONTC was printing 15 CPI not 17CPI (which I thought was the default?) Not sure why, but anyway the COSWGLOB.INI file did the trick.
