When the node starts up it gets the configured dabs from the Comet.ini for that user. Then, if you're using our security QMONITOR those dabs are adjusted based on the password entered at the "Enter Blind Password" prompt. Beyond that, Grant is correct about being able to further modify the dabs by using the ACCESS statement.
