Printer Dialog

My customer's hardware guy changed to another server running the same 2003Server but with more memory and disc area. I upgraded them to the latest everything but now when I select the printer dialog, Cometex, or DocMgr I get a message "Cannot run DLL". The REL folder is under another folder (Data) and has full permissions. Any thoughts?
