Are you sure that's exactly what the message says? For one thing, DocMgr doesn't use a .dll for its initial display. The "Printers" dialog that you can select from the QMONITOR screen does use a .dll but the message would be "Dialog execution failed" according to the source. It expects to find XtlDll.dll in the REL folder.
